Career-Related Learning Experiences (CRLEs)
As part of Oregon graduation requirements, students must complete two Career-Related Learning Experiences (CRLEs) by the end of their senior year. Each experience must include at least 5 hours and should connect classroom learning to real-world experiences aligned with a student's interests, goals, or education plan. CRLEs help students explore careers, develop workplace skills, and gain a deeper understanding of postsecondary opportunities.
